If the event is postponed, we will provide you with refunds to original mode of payment.
In the unlikely event of cancellation of the colloquium, our liability to you is limited to the refund of paid amount that remains after processing fee has been incurred and deducted. We will not be liable to you for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred as a result of the cancellation.
In the event of cancellation from delegate's end, a written notification must be sent to communications@pupilcolloquium.org
Cancellation is permitted up to 15 June 2024, 11:59 PM IST. Only 50% of the registration fee would be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellation after 15 June 2024, 11:59 PM IST. All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference.
All disputes are subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction only.
